Job Summary:
The candidate is responsible for the requests and incident logging, triage, basic over the phone trouble shooting, and ticket routing of the HQ AMC VTCs, Audio Visual Systems, and HQ AMC enterprise applications.
Duties:
  • Candidate is responsible for the requests and incident logging, triage, basic over the phone trouble shooting, and ticket routing of the HQ AMC VTCs, Audio Visual Systems, and HQ AMC enterprise applications.
  • Provide support to a U.S. Army customer. Work a varying shift between 0600 and 1800 with ability to staff 24/7 if required.
  • Provide telephonic support to resolve requests and incidents. Log requests and Incidents in provided ticketing system.
  • Provide tier I support to customer for Unified Collaboration and Mission Applications.
  • Interface with customers to resolve level I issues.
  • Answering product and service questions providing expert guidance
  • Expediting ticket escalation. Following up with customers to ensure resolution
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Follows established process and procedure.
  • Will perform Tier II Bridging.
Required:
  • Candidate must have a CompTIA A+ certification OR a Security + certification.
  • CCNA Video VTC / Bridging experience.
  • VTC / Bridging lead experience.

    Desired: Candidate is desired to have a CTS Certification.

Salary: $26/hr.
