Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
Provide dependable, quality customer service including responses to product inquiries, efficient order coordination and processing, and routine problem solving.

- Hours: 7:30am -4pm (Part-time - 3 days a week)
Provide dependable, quality customer service including responses to product inquiries, efficient order coordination and processing, and routine problem solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process all orders for shipment, including necessary documentation (e.g. packing lists, health certificates, etc.).
- Communicate availability of product to customers.
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email and fax re: quotes, deliveries, product information and confirmations.
- Resolve routine customer problems and/or complaints.
- Coordinate deliveries with production, incubation, packing and shipping and freight forwarders.
- Provide backup for co-workers as needed.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- General office working conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine and computer printer.
- Regularly provides information to and receives information from/through various technologies, media, sources and contacts. Must be able to accurately exchange information in these situations.
- Frequent lifting and bending.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Associate s degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Other: Excellent communication skills, computer skills
