Job Scope: The Customer Experience Specialist acts as the primary point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for Invoice questions and resolution, credit requests, rejected loads, and customer and coordinator training. They also assist accounts designated as high impact accounts. They act as an internal help desk for the call center team members and lead and direct the team in the absence of the Team Leads. This role serves as contact for Seibel requests, and VOC Mailbox and involves the ability to interpret the customers needs and follow through to resolution. This role requires a high level of expertise relating to customers in a consultative capacity to proactively seek the best customer experience. Secondarily, this role serves as backup to the CCC Coordinators when call volume is high and will take escalated calls from customers. Supports all assigned strategic special projects in specified time frame.
  • Minimum of 6 months in a Customer Care Center preferred
  • Quality scores of 95% or higher preferred
  • Above Target Error rate or better preferred
  • Excellent attendance and demonstrated professionalism
  • Effective communication/presentation skills including excellent grammar as demonstrated in verbal and written communication
  • Superior analytical abilities, self-motivated and able to work independently, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, good data management skills
