Job Title: HR Specialist II

Location: North Wales, PA

Work Status: Contract (Long Term)

Pay Rate Range: $25hr (Benefit Options Available)

The HR Specialist, Data Management & Workforce Analytics serves as a subject matter expert on HR Data, Reporting, Analytics and HR Systems. This role handles inquiries, requests, and cases regarding HR Data and Workforce Analytics to closure, while appropriately escalating complex cases. The HR Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in multiple HR systems and for fulfilling data report and change requests from customers. This position provides outstanding customer service to all customers. Key customers for this role will be HR Business Partners, Finance, IT as well as other HR colleagues and business leaders. Works with general supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.

  • Provides accurate, consistent and timely responses to Reporting, Analytics, and HR Systems inquiries, which are considered to be of moderate complexity and may require moderate to significant research and analysis.
  • Delivers scheduled reports on a regular basis, as defined by the agreed reporting calendar, and delivers unscheduled and custom reports as requested.
  • Ensures that HR data is sent and received accurately and timely by local and global HR systems.
  • Researches and reviews moderately complex inquiries and issues escalated from tier 1 reps mainly related to HR Data, Reporting, Analytics and HR Systems.
  • Audits HR systems to ensure data aligns with company policy and complies with employment data regulations
  • Works in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.
  • Performs various HR tasks/projects as assigned.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor s Degree in HR, Business, IT or related field
  • Strong experience with HR Systems and Reporting SuccessFactors and ADP Enterprise
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous knowledge of HR Reporting, Analytics, and HR Systems practices.
  • Experience with HR systems such as ADP, SAP/SuccessFactors and Reporting systems such as ReportSmith, ADP Reporting and/or SuccessFactors reporting
