Provides moderately-complex technical support and training to the end users and delivers complete Service Desk support for one or more locations. Supports the day-to-day functionality, efficiency and operational maintenance for desktop hardware, software, peripherals and related systems.

  • Job Duties:
    • Initial point of contact for screening, logging, tracking, and categorizing, and resolving complex requests.
    • Recommend and perform advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and correct problem
    • Determine how to route all requests to resolve issues
    • Provide updates and completion information to management or end users.
    • Refers major problems to third party service vendors
  • Salary: $20/hour
