Must Have s:
  • Must have active Secret clearance
  • Must have an IAT Level III certification in IA (or obtain it within 60 days with current IAT Level II)
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related technical discipline and 2+ years of experience with all facets of DoD Asset Management for server-client based computing environments
  • Demonstrated experience executing enterprise inventories, including scanning, ongoing electronic inventory tracking, reconciling inventory, and compiling reports
  • Experience managing assets for multiple customers and tracking multiple funding sources such as Foreign Military Sales (FMS); experience with DoD excess procedures for all assets
  • Previous experience installing an Asset Management system as part of a project team delivered into production
  • Experience supervising a staff of at least 2-5 employees is desired
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization
Job Duties:
  • Manage property data for all IT assets, ensuring property is efficiently and effectively ordered, tracked, and delivered promptly
  • Establish an F-35 JPO CIO approved IT asset management process and provide monthly assets summary reports
  • Ensure all purchased items are entered into the DoD Property Accountability System (DPAS) or any other system
  • Ensure full accountability for property in the DPAS
  • Perform monthly updates, annual physical inventory, and reports prior to the end of each period of performance
  • Hold hand receipts for contractor-managed and security IT systems and network devices
  • Tag/identify/track all F-35 program equipment; dispose of equipment following F-35 program/DoD policies
