  • Title:Inventory Associate
  • Location: Somerset, NJ
  • Industry: Pharmaceutical
  • Hours: MON - FRI - 8AM - 5:00PM
  • Salary: Up to $20/HR. Based on Experience (Paid Weekly - Benefits Available)
  • Employment Type: 2 month contract (Possible extend)

Essential Job Functions:
The Consumables Management Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and accurate tracking of consumable inventory within the organization. This position involves overseeing storage of consumable items and ensuring accurate data entry into the Consumables Management system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create labels for storage locations using Consumables Management Software
  • Accurately input and manage inventory data within the Consumables Management system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Work with Operations management to determine logical storage of items in each space
  • Physically move inventory into designated locations
  • Record current inventory levels in consumables management software

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Basic computer skills are required for data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping
  • High School Degree or Equivalent (GED).
