A company in Port St Lucie is looking for a temporary New Home Sales Assistant to work at the main sales center.

SCHEDULE: Work hours will be from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday with a 30 minute lunch & Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Will work BOTH WEEKEND DAYS, but have off TWO days during the week.

JOB TYPE: The extent of the assignment is indefinite, so there is a possibility of it turning perm, but that would depend on the needs of the Sales Center and their performance.

PAY RATE: $14.00/hr.

  • The New Home Sales Assistant will work at main sales center with data entry, appointment setting, greeting quests, assisting customers, and acting as the face of the company.
  • Will greet guests as first person of contact in sales center and distribute literature, answer phones, data entry of customer leads, code invoices, and schedule appointments
  • Assist the New Home Sales Professionals as needed.
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have MS Office & excel computer skills (must be computer savvy).
  • Experience as a sales assistant or working in high end retail, spa, concierge, etc needed.
  • Face to face customer interaction.
  • Very polished and professional, with strong communication skills.
  • Must be familiar with the local area not new to the area in order to assist guests best.
  • Must have reliable transportation
