POSITION SUMMARY- Manages the sales, account management and recruitment efforts to meet or exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets for specific line of business.

This position will:
  • Work with Division VP and Senior Management to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets for designated line of business.
  • Manages all recruitment activities to ensure that the customer has high quality talent in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Work with the Division VP to conduct sales and marketing efforts through high impact business service presentations with appropriately identified business prospects.
  • Works with Division VP and Account Management to ensure that customer business reviews are conducted on an annual basis.
  • Ensures that all sales status reports and other sales administrative procedures are completed in a timely manner.
  • Works with the Division VP and Senior Management on special projects as assigned.
  • Source high quality talent for open positions at assigned companies.
  • Develop and maintain our candidate database via referrals, internet recruitment, social media vehicles and advanced search engine strategies.
  • Conduct phone, face-to-face and skype interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate all interviews with the appropriate internal Account Executive and/or customer.
  • Negotiate and/or coordinate candidate offer agreements (verbal/written) for contract placements.
  • Work with operations team to ensure that all candidates for contract positions or perm positions, have necessary compliance requirements met.
  • Work with Account Executives to assess candidate satisfaction with client company placement.
  • All recruiters will be responsible for achieving gross margin targets and performance metrics by sourcing and hiring talent for client positions in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • Required: BA./BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Desired: Any major but one consistent with the service lines would be beneficial

Work Experience
Required: 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or internal sales positions
  • Required: 3 plus years of recruiting, sourcing, or internal sales, outside sales experience or promoted from within
  • Desired: Sales experience in a business services environment
Ideal candidate would have prior experience in high volume sales, recruiting, technology background, department of defense, retail sales or staffing company recruitment
Skills and Knowledge:
Required: Knowledge of the Internet, proficiency with databases, excellent computer skills
Desired: Internet recruitment and social media vehicles; advance search engine skills
