  • Salary: $19.00 hour paid (depending on experience) weekly with benefits options
  • Employment Type: 6 month contract which may be extended-possible perm consideration

Job Scope: This position will be responsible for developing and implementing of new training programs. The Training Specialist s primary responsibilities include identifying, developing and supporting progressive competency-based training programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness within and across departments. In addition, coordinating and delivering on-boarding training for new personnel and facilitate cross-training within and across departments.


Responsibilities may include any of the following:
  • Execute laboratory work plan / schedule developed with input from supervisor or senior team member. Sample types include in-process, release or stability. Techniques include HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, Disintegration, Friability, Hardness, and appearance. Under direction, may perform method validation or transfer activities.
  • May draft technical documents such as methods or certificates of analysis.
  • Performs parallel review of laboratory documentation and may become qualified to perform technical review of documents for accuracy, thoroughness and regulatory compliance.
  • Trains others on laboratory techniques.
  • Assists in the execution of efficiency improvement project with guidance.
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills Needed:
  • HPLC experience and also experience with Carl Fischer.
  • entry level, recent college grads.
  • Scientific degree is required- Biology, Chemistry, etc.
