The skilled operator works as part of a manufacturing line, operating a vaciety of CNC machines. Skilled Operators will produce parts in tolerance of the rate required by each operation. Paid, comprehensive training program provided

Job Duties:
  • Constant operation of multiple CNC machines while lifting, pulling and pushing manufactured products at the established rate of production.
  • Regularly setting up, installing, replacing and removing tools from the CNC machines.
  • Frequently reading and comprehending detailed instructions.
  • Candidate will measure all manufactured products accurately through lifting, pulling, pushing followed by applying proper techniques to hand measuring tools, template gauges, flush pins gauges and other product related measuring equipment.
  • May also be required to operate a nosing press and all associated equipment, which will entail inspecting, lifting, pulling and pushing manufactured products at the established rate of production.
  • May also be required to set up, operate and inspect manufactured product on a manual lathe. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Experience operating a CNC lathe preferred.
  • At least High School Education/GED required.
  • A machining degree from a college or technical school or any combination of education, training or work related experience required.
  • Candidates must be able to perform basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and comprehend measurements.
  • Knowledge of basic program language and knowledge of standard measuring equipment a must.
  • Troubleshooting skills, including insert breakage needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
