Scope of project: Sell the dream of home ownership. In this role, you will actively sell homes and manage the community sales team.

Job Duties:
  • Recruit, train develop, motivate and evaluate Sales Associates
  • Oversee community sales coordinator
  • Manage sales of assigned community to achieve Company sales goals; support and assist Sales Associates in achieving sales goals and objectives for the community
  • Ensure Sales Associates employ good business practices consistent with Company brand, mission, and vision
  • Train and coach Sales Associates in selling skills, Company policies, procedures, and CRM software on an ongoing basis
  • Sell Homes in the community
  • Demonstrate models/homes/home sites and amenities
  • Join area realtor boards; actively build relationships in the realtor community
  • Perform competitor market analysis reports
  • Overcome sales objections; close the sale!
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain a sales plan for the assigned community, together with VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Prepare sales center staffing schedules
  • Research, collect and analyze mystery shops of the sales staff
  • Ensure all sales materials are current, accurate, and available in the community
  • Monitor follow-thru of sales staff and regularly review active prospects
  • Participate in and help facilitate sales meetings
  • Other responsibilities as may be required to accomplish sales goals

Must haves:
  • Current Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license.
  • Five (5) years of on-site new home sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, strong leadership, and relationship skills.
  • Must be well organized with strong planning abilities, good problem solving and strong negotiation skills.
