CORPORATE RECRUITER
Location: Tampa, FL
Type: Contract to hire



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively sources candidates for proposals and existing requisitions utilizing internet job boards, networking organizations, advance internet sourcing, employee referrals and unique sourcing strategies
  • Provides the highest level of staffing services while delivering high quality candidates and advancing the clients brand across numerous markets and professional communities.
  • Confers with Operations and Business Development personnel as needed to ensure that recruiting efforts are in-line with determined needs
  • Assists with the development and revision of job descriptions
REQUIREMENTS
  • Three (3) to Five (5) Years experience recruiting in a government contracting organization staffing for cleared professionals
  • Experience cold-calling, sourcing and interviewing HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT and All-Source Intelligence Analyst type Candidates
  • Experience cold-calling, sourcing and interviewing Administrative Support and Information Technology type Candidates
  • Knowledge of and experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo Preferred) and Job Boards (Zip Recruiter; ClearanceJobs.com, etc)
  • Well versed with MS Office suite (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel) and the internet for sourcing and researching
  • Understanding of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Must have Outstanding Phone and People Skills as well as an approachable presence and demeanor for Face-to-Face interaction
  • Be able to demonstrate proactive procedures to source and find active & passive candidates utilizing internet job boards, networking organizations, advance internet sourcing, employee referrals and unique sourcing strategies to fill open positions
  • Must be a multi-tasker who's extremely well organized, self-managed and constantly displays attention to detail to effectively monitor and process candidates in a timely manner
  • Must be willing to travel intermittently via air to offsite Career Fairs and Venues throughout the CONUS if support is needed
  • Bachelor s degree Required; Military Recruiting or Military/Defense Intelligence or Operations experience may be considered in lieu of degree
