Job Scope:
Title: Custodian
Location: Quakertown, PA

Salary: $14.00 hour paid weekly (Benefits Available)
Employment Type: 6 month contract with possibility to go perm

Summary

The custodian is responsible for cleaning, cleaning supplies restocking of all facilities. This position is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the manufacturing environment. Required to follow cGMP procedures and documenting actions. .

Qualifications:
Observe and conduct all activities within Quakertown facilities Safety Policies.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities. Facilities cleaned include, but not limited to, warehouses, bathrooms, break rooms, common areas, offices, floors, floor drains, trash containers, windows, and outside areas.
Develop and/or maintain routine that includes daily, weekly, and monthly duties. Document those responsibilities and execution on a log.
Duties: dust, mop, sweep, and/or vacuum all floor and carpeted areas in the facility. This responsibility does not include manufacturing process rooms or rooms within restricted areas.
Laundry duties as required.
Maintain cleaning supplies and reorder as needed to keep appropriate inventory levels.
Other duties related to job function as assigned.
Strong knowledge of proper / standard cleaning methods for given surfaces.
Knowledge of protective equipment and when to apply
Ability to understand and develop a routine cleaning checklist to execute efficiently and maintain areas adequately.
Identify usage rates for cleaning and other site common area supplies (e.g. paper towels, coffee) and determine re-order points to maintain supply.
Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
