Title: Distribution Project Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL

Hours: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: $25.00/hr-$28.00/hr

Overview:
This position is responsible for the day to day operations specific to both internal and external movement of supplies as well as the Supply Chain Operation.

Responsibilities:
Project Management / Distribution Activities:
  • Daily Shipment Document Preparation
  • International Shipment Preparation including commercial invoice creation, carrier arrangements, and working with global compliance for importation/exportation as needed
  • Shipment verification/execution, IVRS updates and tracking provisions
  • Client Communications (Emails/Calls) and Project Management of inventory, shipments, returns and destruction
  • Distribution Protocol and Return Protocol creations and revisions
  • Site to Patient facilitations between clients, sites, carriers and patients
  • Site to Site facilitations and international depot management (distribution, labeling and destruction)
  • Preparation of client inventory, shipment, and disposition reports as required
  • Creation and Maintenance of Inventory Report Schedule
  • Internal Shipment Reporting and filing
  • OTIF calculation and reporting
  • Daily Hoshin0 update and metric maintenance, Weekly Hoshin1 updated and metric maintenance and Monthly Hoshin2 update and metric maintenance
  • Internal department support for team related tasks
  • Item Specification creations as needed

Department Financials:
  • Forecasting for department revenue
  • Contract- Quote/Change Order Preparation and Review.
  • Fee for Service Table creations for Supply Chain services. Fee for Service table pricing and services maintenance.
  • Cost Analyses for Materials and Labor for Department as needed-also includes working with Procurement and vendors to get cost savings
  • PR Creation for Supply Chain materials and other services as needed
  • Department invoicing and master spreadsheet metric maintenance
  • Passthrough coding and monthly revenue surcharge capture.
  • Vendor communications/credit applications as needed

Quality and SOP Related Functions:
  • SOP/ Protocol/Logbook/Form creations and revisions including DCC requests and routing.
  • Quality Events- Investigations, Deviations, Change Controls, CAPAs through Trackwise

SAP Related Functions:
  • Warehouse functions including Outbound Delivery (shipments), Goods Receipt, Inventory, etc.
  • PR and PO related functions
  • Sales Order functions
  • Project creation functions
  • Production Planning functions
  • Master data creations and maintenance

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, logistics or related field is preferred, but will consider AA/AS degree or high school diploma with appropriate years of relative experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Operations in pharmaceutical or chemical industries
  • Microsoft office and Advanced Excel experience required
  • Experience with SAP strongly preferred
  • Experience with cGMP strongly preferred (Pharma, chemical or med device)
  • International shipping experience is preferred
  • Ability to process and manage large amounts of information and comfortable with complexity
  • Ability to interpret standard operating procedures and protocols and understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ability to measure forecast accuracy and determine root causes for variances
  • Ability to specify actions that contribute to the continuous improvement of key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication, leadership, project management and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with varying timelines and priorities
