  • Title: Document Control Coordinator
  • Location: St. Petersburg, FL
  • Industry: Pharmaceutical (GMP environment)
  • Salary: $14.50/hr.
  • Employment Type: 6-month contract with the possibility to go perm.
  • Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (must be flexible)
Job Responsibilities:
  • The primary responsibility will be to update, organize and maintain customers SOPs, documentation, and responsible for scanning documents into a new system.
  • Organizing and filing documents as needed.
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Assist and support in the process of our customer and government regulated internal audits
  • Follow and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP)/FDA guidelines
  • Must be flexible with work schedule later into the project
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • College students in the health science field would be good for this role
  • Good knowledge of FDA/cGMP regulated environment
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills and good with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
