  • Salary: $40.00-$47.00 hour paid weekly with benefits options
  • Employment Type: Contract 12 months with possible extension or conversion

Job Scope:
  • Partnering with the Business Area leader in defining and implementing a workforce strategy/plan
  • Partnering with the Business Area leader in defining and developing the next generation of capabilities both technical and leadership capabilities
  • Establishing or improving HR service delivery through leveraging company s global HR infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with country labor/employment laws.
  • Creating Employee Relations
  • Managing Workforce Planning, Career Path Development, Onboarding/Training, Employment Law in the Workplace

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as HR Generalist (preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry)
  • General Knowledge of Human Resources processes such as: Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Assessment and Development, Culture and Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
  • HR certification preferred but not required.
  • General knowledge of Labor/Employee Relations
  • Proven record of Facilitation and Training
  • Familiar with FDA requirements, cGMP and OSHA regulations is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office
