Job Duties:
  • Utilize, build, maintain research, establish, administer, and update knowledge of the primary Collection Requirements Management systems for support to collection JSR planning, operations, and assessments.
  • Utilization of associated tools and processes.
  • Unless already certified under the DIA CCMP-F certification program, demonstrate CM knowledge, skills, and abilities in accordance with DoD standards to support collection ISR planning and strategy development, collection requirements management, ISR operations, and assessments for DoD CM certification and professionalization of the workforce. Attempt the DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year
  • Support and perform TMT, E-Task, JSAPs, and other associated tasking mechanisms, content management, or other functions supporting collection ISR planning, operations, and assessments for overarching JSR Division daily operations.
  • Engage with analysts, determine intelligence needs, identifying and developing possible collection postures and strategies, and convert these intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM intelligence requirements.
  • Support solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation/ registration, prioritization, and validation of multiple intelligence (GEO INT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT) discipline collection requirements management (CRM) per standing policy.
  • Translate received requirements into discipline-specific language in accordance with SOPs and Combat Support Agency (CSA) guidance.
  • Research and manage USCENTCOM Theater priorities or Intelligence Community (IC) priorities and guidance to align USCENTCOM collection requests with priorities, and balances time sensitive requests with standing collection requirements to ensure appropriate deployment of ISR assets.
  • Monitor and routinely provide updates to requestors on the status of USCENTCOM collection requirements
  • Solicit, assess, review, and publish HUMINT Intelligence Report Evaluations from USCENTCOM analytical team
  • Develop requested products reflecting current and future collection operations and postures for the USCENTCOM AOR; provide input policy, procedures and doctrine relating to collection operations in the USCENTCOM AOR when requested.

Requirements:
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required (CI poly desired)
  • Bachelor or Masters degree, or, Specialized training & 4-6 years intelligence analysis experience, or, 5-8 years of military intelligence experience, or, Equivalent intelligence/academic experience
  • Assignments require knowledge of a full range of ISR and Collection Management related concepts, principles, and practices and skills in applying this knowledge to challenging, multi-agency work assignments
  • A thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternative uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems
