Job Duties:
  • Provide direct support for preparation and/or updating of OPLANS/CONPLANS, formal briefings, formal architecture documents, CONOPs/SCONOPs, and TTPs needed to effectively employ airborne JSR assets within the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with related Joint Staff publications, ISR CONOPS development, EXORDS, PLANORDS, W ARNORDS, FRAGOS, formal Joint Staff requirements processes, airborne ISR asset integration/interoperability, and Service Level Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) processes and activities
  • Directly aid in coordinating various USCENTCOM JSR sensor/system fielding and management processes for the USCENTCOM AOR to ensure Component requirements are properly satisfied and all airborne ISR integration aspects are addressed through close collaboration with the CENTCOM staff (i.e. J2/J3/J6), Components, Joint Staff and the Services.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with: related Joint Staff publications, ISR CONOPS development, EXORDS, PLANORDS, WARNORDS, FRAGOS, formal Joint Staff requirements processes, airborne ISR asset integration/interoperability, and Service Level Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) processes and activities.
  • Compliance and familiarity with USCENTCOM J3 Sensor Fielding Initiative (SFI) requirements outlined in message l 5 l 430ZAPR15, USCENTCOM Approval Process for JSR Systems Concept of Operations Mod 1, and familiarity with joint collection management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance and CI poly required
  • Bachelor or Masters degree 6-8 years military intelligence experience or defense planning, and familiarity with the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization.
  • Must be proficient in Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) and Record Message Traffic (RMT) systems
  • Assignments require knowledge of a full range of ISR and Collection Management related concepts, principles, and practices and skills in applying this knowledge to challenging, multi-agency work assignments
  • A thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternative uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems
