Life Sciences Account Executive

Position summary:
  • Manages the sales, account management and recruitment efforts to meet or exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets for specific line of business.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Life Sciences Division VP and Senior Management to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets for designated line of business.
  • Manages all recruitment activities to ensure that the customer has high quality talent in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Work with the Life Sciences Division VP to conduct sales and marketing efforts through high impact business service presentations with appropriately identified business prospects.
  • Works with Life Sciences Division VP and Account Management to ensure that customer business reviews are conducted on an annual basis.
  • Ensures that all sales status reports and other sales administrative procedures are completed in a timely manner.
  • Works with the Life Sciences Division VP and Senior Management on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Required: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Required: Minimum 3 plus years of sales experience within recruiting/staffing industry; life science, pharmaceutical, clinical or related industry is highly desired
  • Desired: Sales experience in a business services environment
  • Required: Knowledge of territory management, CRM, selling skills and computer proficiency
  • Required: Valid driver s license and ability to travel
