The Director of Program Management will provide strategic guidance over oversight to Project Managers and other teams in ways that promote the company's culture. This Manager will oversee the progress of all projects and manage Project Managers as well as be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all projects deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

  • Lead project teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
  • Resolve projects higher scope issues
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
  • Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
  • Defines and maintain standards for project management within the organization.
  • Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Manage project resource allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to project team.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Create a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities.
  • Identifies project risks.
  • At the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
  • Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
  • Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
  • Responds to inquiries about projects.
  • Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
  • Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.
  • Monitor all projects and related customer fee for service milestone and ensure they are both completed and billed on time.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned an on an as-needed basis.
