Job Scope:
Title: Manufacturing Associate I
Location: Quakertown, PA

Salary: $18 hour paid weekly (Benefits Available)
Employment Type: 12-month contract with possibility to go perm

Summary
The Manufacturing Associate Level I is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. Level I associate are expected to execute process recipes, follow written procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment. They are expected to attain a basic understanding of cGMP compliance while training under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique in handling of products and materials.

Qualifications:
Inspects and prepares purchased parts, manufacturing components, equipment, and materials; keeps material inventory maintained
Operates general equipment; and assists with bulk manufacturing.
Moves products, supplies, and inventory to support production.
Audits product and performance processes to assure compliance, monitors equipment and production to assure quality, and performs quality checks.
Identifies problems or issues in the manufacturing process, and recommends course of action to effectively execute process enhancements.
