Location: West Chester, PA

Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Salary: $26.00-$32.00
Employment Type: 12 Month contract with possible extension

Job Scope:
This position will be primarily responsible for development of IND/BLA/NDA annual reports to the US FDA along with 2 other experienced medical writers. Additionally, responsibilities may include assisting with the development of narratives and clinical publishing activities.

Responsibilities:
Track schedule for assigned projects
Assist with project kick-off activities
Review initial literature search results
Gather contributions from cross-functional team
Prepare drafts of reports
Reconcile team comments
Ensure proper formatting of the report
Ensure QC activities are performed as necessary
Manage approval process


Requirements:
Bachelors Degree; recent college graduates. This position is an entry-level medical writing position. 0-1 years of experience within the medical writing field. Completed internships is a plus. Experience with IND (investigational new drug), BLA (biologic license application) and NDA (new drug application) is a plus.
Excellent English, both written and spoken
Above-average skills with Microsoft (MS) Word
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and administrative skills
Ability to organize and present information with attention to detail
Excellent organizational/planning and problem-solving skills
Works successfully with little direct supervision
Must be self-driven and able to work independently without significant direction from manager
Comfortable functioning in ambiguous or evolving circumstances
Collaborative and accommodating in team environments
