The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who is responsible for First Impressions of all contract hires by phone, through onboarding, and finalization of their credentialing process.

Position Responsibilities

  • 1st point of contact for all incoming calls on the SRG main phone line.
  • Completes all new hire and onboarding activities for external candidates this includes phone, face-to-face, and/or email correspondence with current and new candidates to ensure all appropriate paperwork has been completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that all candidates, if requested by Client Company , have necessary references, background verifications, I-9s, and drug screens according to specified Client Company standards. This individual will be the facilitator for this process from start to finish. If local, the onboarding process will be conducted in person. Compliance/QC process will accompany this task.
  • Assists or Completes payroll to the point of finalization and closure of weekly payroll including phone, face-to-face, and/or email correspondence with current and new candidates as well as timesheet approvers. (Will operate as a full-time backup for the Talent Experience Manager in his/her absence)
  • Assists the Production floor in the creation/development/enhancement of new or existing job postings in Talent Rover as well as other Internet posting vehicles.
  • All other duties / Special Projects as assigned (event coordination included) by Sr. Leadership or Manager.


PAY RATE RANGE: $32,000-$35,000 (Depending on exp)
