An administrative assistant s primary duty is to perform a variety of administrative functions with a high degree of customer service and quality in support of upper management. Responsibilities include supporting management by welcoming visitors, arranging meetings and documenting notes; answering questions; managing e-mail, mail, calendars and contacts, arranging corporate travel & external visits, acting as a project manager to complete special projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, and problem-solving to meet project deadlines, improving office and job efficiency by evaluating, and redesigning processes and implementing changes when needed, and assisting with client meeting preparations to ensure the highest client experience.
