Recruiting Program Manager (VMS)

The Recruiting Program Manager in this scenario would be responsible for managing assigned clients' technology to include, but not limited to: requisition acceptance/rejection, candidate submittal, rate changes, etc. This candidate would be the primary liaison with the strategic delivery team and the client as it relates to communication through the technology. This candidate would also assist in sales growth with the assigned AE for new locations, and hard to fill positions that we have not been able to fulfill in the past which therefore kept us from being truly competitive.

Essential Functions:
  • Accountable for meeting all submittal requirements (2-3) per position once we accept in the VMS tool
    • Distribute positions to the appropriate team members for fulfillment
    • Evaluate our approach to filling the accepted position which would include review of postings, eblasts, call lists, group chats etc.
    • Recruit for any positions that need coverage. Would only be bonused on positions that she personally filled
  • Responsible for the tracking of VMS contractors - information needed to submit and process in VMS, pending items, incomplete etc. Organize and assist the On-Boarding Specialist with pre-employment paperwork for VMS accounts (help speed up the process)
  • Track outstanding compliance information and follow up with the Backoffice team for completion (Drug and Background, Reference Checks and all onboarding documents)
  • Would handle all coaching, counseling, QC checks, and feedback sessions with talent working at VMS locations
  • Pull reports in VMS tool to determine new req flow and distribute out to the Strategic Delivery Managers for assignment
  • Manage responses to various VMS requests through the appropriate technology (Fieldglass, IQN etc.) to include, but not limited to: requisition acceptance, candidate submittal, rejection, etc. and then carrying that information through our Salesforce/Talent Rover platform.
  • Track contractor durations and inform the Sr. leaders, AE and Recruiter impacted when assignment is approaching the end so that contractor may be redeployed/extended
  • Create/pull various ad hoc reports as requested by the Strategic Delivery Managers or VMS program managers
  • Manage audits requested by the VMS program managers
  • Assist with data gathering for the various MSP scorecards
