We are currently hiring a Recruiter for our Tampa office. This candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Technical recruiting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, reference checking, offer negotiation, and closing and onboarding of candidates
  • Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques, including database tools, job boards, search engines, social media sites, cold calling targeted candidates, networking through professional associations and groups, and employee/candidate referrals and alumni
  • Maintain a network/pipeline of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices
  • Maintain candidate information; track and record recruiting activities; prepare reports as required
  • Represent SRG and our company s values in all interactions with potential and existing candidates and clients
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, along with 1-3+ years of related experience
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting cleared technical candidates within the DoD, Federal, and/or Intelligence community is highly desired
  • Proficiency using effective sourcing and recruiting methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP guidelines
  • Prior experience with resume-tracking software/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desired
  • Effective analytic, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments appropriately
  • Timely, consistent follow through; customer first mentality
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
