  • Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • Salary: $35.00 hour paid (depending on experience) weekly with benefits options
  • Employment Type: 1 year contract which may be extended-possible perm consideration

Job Scope: This position will be responsible for developing and implementing of new training programs. The Training Specialist s primary responsibilities include identifying, developing and supporting progressive competency-based training programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness within and across departments. In addition, coordinating and delivering on-boarding training for new personnel and facilitate cross-training within and across departments.


Responsibilities may include any of the following
  • Developing and delivering for the assigned area(s):
    The training program to support new employees on-boarding
  • Ongoing competency-building of skills and processes
  • Creating and designing area training materials utilizing instructional design concepts.
  • Familiar with the following: ADDIE, SAM, Six Disciplines, Kirkpatrick etc. (training principles and models)
  • Strong knowledge of Articulate StoryLine 360
  • Creating area qualifications and supporting the effective delivery of performance-based assessments (PBA)
  • The training program to support new employees on-boarding
  • Ongoing competency-building of skills and processes
  • Training resulting from identified human performance errors, and working with area management to develop and revise training curricula and maintain accurate assignments in LMS (Compliance Wire)

Skills Needed:
  • ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE ARTICULATE STORYLINE 360 (Min of 2 yr exp)
  • Seeking individual with experience with Learning Principles.
  • Must have eLearning experience.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, Pharma, or GMP is strongly preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience focused on Instructional Design and e-learning development
  • E-learning development experience must be current in the last 2 years
  • Training certifications such as CPLP paired with relevant experience could substitute for other educational requirements
  • High School/GED required
    Bachelor s degree or higher preferred
