BECOME A COVID CHAMPION -- Our Client is partnering with several Pharmaceutical companies to help distribute the much anticipated COVID-19 vaccines to help put an end to this ongoing pandemic. In order to provide this life-saving medication, as well as the many other life-saving medication manufactured at the facility, to patients, we will be conducting mandatory COVID-19 testing for all employees who are working onsite. This will ensure the health and safety of our employees who are at the forefront of putting our Patients First.

  • Salary: $21.00 (Paid Weekly - Benefits Available)

Job Scope:
A Training Specialist s primary responsibilities include identifying, developing and supporting the implementation of progressive competency-based technical training programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness within and across departments. In addition, coordinating and delivering on-boarding training for new personnel and facilitate cross-training within and across departments.

Job Duties/Requirements:
Creating and designing area training materials utilizing instructional design concepts
Creating area qualifications and supporting the effective delivery of performance-based assessments
Coordinating and delivering for the assigned area(s):
o The training program to support new employees on-boarding
o Ongoing competency-building of skills and processes
o Training resulting from identified performance errors, and working with area management to develop and revise training curricula and maintain accurate assignments in TD

Job Qualifications:
High School/GED
Bachelor s degree or higher preferred
2-5 years of experience
