  • Salary: $20.00-$25.00 hour paid weekly with benefits options
  • Employment Type: Contract 12 months with possible extension or conversion

Job Scope:
  • Responsible for maintaining vendor data integrity to support operational efficiency, purchasing, business reporting, and analytics.
  • Responsible for making changes to existing vendors and reaching out to vendors for more information when necessary.
  • Complete special projects as required by the accounts payable department.
  • Verify that supplier documentation complies with policies and procedures as set out by procurement and finance.
  • Data entry for supplier maintenance into Oracle and SAP.
  • Review of vendor maintenance to avoid duplication of data.
  • Maintain supplier request emails within a 48 hour time frame.
  • High School Level.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Vendor Maintenance (1-3 years experience).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in supplier data entry.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
