Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm (enjoy a built-in 3-day weekend!)

In this role, you ll assist with collections, assist with billing, and assist in cleaning up the customer database in the ERP system. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring past dues, investigating the reasons for non-payment, addressing billing discrepancies, and finding solutions to facilitate payment.
  • Assisting with reconciliation of external and internal customer accounts, clean open balances left unreconciled in the customer account.
  • Assisting with the collection of debts from customers by sending written notices, such as a bill for collection or a letter of demand to customers.
  • Assisting tracking the progress of payment allocation, sending reminders, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Assisting with the cleanup of the customer database and credit management with the creation of customer accounts in ERP system and monitoring the updates for automatic invoices.
  • Assisting by reviewing the requests of credit memos to customers as needed.
  • Assisting in cleaning up duplication of customers database in company sites.
  • Liaison with SSC for updating Payment to information from Citibank to BOA
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in finance accounting, administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 year's experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Prior experience in accounts receivables, accounts collections, etcetera.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong Analytic skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with debtors.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to payment delays or disputes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to understand and address the financial challenges faced by debtors.
  • Willingness to follow up on accounts and pursue collections diligently.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
  • This position requires compliance with ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee status).
