Executive Administrative Assistant III

- Title: Administrative Assistant III (Part-time Executive Assistant)
- Location: Morristown, NJ (preference is for local candidate, initially working remote)
- Industry: Pharmaceutical
- Hours: Monday - Friday Part-time hours - approx 20 hours a week (flexible 9am-1pm start in office then 1-2 days remote)
- Salary: $24.97/hr based on experience (Benefits available)
- Employment Type: 1 year contract
Job Duties:
- Perform clerical and administrative functions
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Maintain calendars- scheduling and confirming appointments must be proficient in MS Outlook
- Attendance of internal meetings when appropriate
- Prepping, editing, and proofing documents
- Perform other administrative projects as needed
Skills Needed:
- 2-5 years' experience
- Legal experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred, but not required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Business acumen a must
- Capacity to follow complex instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- MS office suite, excel
