  • Title: Administrative Assistant III (Part-time Executive Assistant)
  • Location: Morristown, NJ (preference is for local candidate, initially working remote)
  • Industry: Pharmaceutical
  • Hours: Monday - Friday Part-time hours - approx 20 hours a week (flexible 9am-1pm start in office then 1-2 days remote)
  • Salary: $24.97/hr based on experience (Benefits available)
  • Employment Type: 1 year contract
Support Customer Legal by performing executive administrative duties. High volume, high visibility, fast paced. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Concur. Assist Customer Legal administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense report processing. Discretion required, may handle confidential information.

Job Duties:

  • Perform clerical and administrative functions
  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Maintain calendars- scheduling and confirming appointments must be proficient in MS Outlook
  • Attendance of internal meetings when appropriate
  • Prepping, editing, and proofing documents
  • Perform other administrative projects as needed

Skills Needed:

  • 2-5 years' experience
  • Legal experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred, but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Business acumen a must
  • Capacity to follow complex instructions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • MS office suite, excel
