Business Development Manager:

As a member of the Business Development group, you will be responsible for sourcing new acquisition targets. Company is a private equity-backed business, and the company is actively acquiring new pest control operators in the Southeast US. Your role will be a critical part of the company s growth plan.
Responsibilities of Role
- Establish and grow relationships with business owners in your territory
- Maintain pipeline and database of potential acquisition opportunities
- Source proprietary acquisition opportunities from your network
- Proactively reach out to acquisition prospects via all available methods (email, traditional mail, social media, etc)
- Act as an ambassador for the Company brand at all events and interactions with pest control operators
Skills & Experience
- 2 4+ years of business development or sales experience
- Effective relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player and ability to work independently
- Action-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated, committed, and creative
