Location: Lakewood, CO

Pay: $35 $40/hr.
Bonus: $2000 gross sign on bonus to be paid after 30 days and another $2000 after 180 days of continuous employment.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30AM 5:00PM, with on-call coverage every other week

We're hiring a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) who thrives in a mix of clinical care, patient education, and in-home service delivery.
What you ll be doing:
- Provide expert respiratory care and consultation, including after-hours support on a rotating on-call schedule
- Conduct detailed patient assessments in accordance with physician orders and company procedures
- Maintain complete and accurate records for all respiratory patients and services provided
- Deliver and set up advanced respiratory equipment in patient homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, equipment use, and best practices
- Ensure proper functioning of all respiratory-related equipment
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff as needed
- Travel locally to patient homes and internal meetings using your personal vehicle
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
- Active respiratory license in Colorado; willingness to obtain licenses in nearby states if needed
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential patient information
Physical and compliance requirements:
- Ability to read small print on screens and paperwork
- Occasional lifting and handling of respiratory equipment
- Required contact with patients and potential exposure to pathogens
- Compliance with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit-testing protocols, including medical evaluation and annual recertification; must be clean-shaven in accordance with OSHA regulations to ensure a proper mask seal
