Medical Sales Representative
Location: Pasadena, CA
Salary: $50,000 $60,000/year + Commission
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST (Some after-hours meetings required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and professional Medical Sales Representative to join our team and support the expansion of our $600 million healthcare business. Ideal candidates will have experience in respiratory services, durable medical equipment (DME), wound care, or home medical equipment (HME) sales. This is a high-impact role focused on building lasting relationships with healthcare providers and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits and build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, wound care clinics, sleep labs, SNFs, HHAs, and other medical referral sources.
- Promote our portfolio of respiratory services, equipment, and medications to current and prospective clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
- Educate providers and clinical teams on the value and benefits of our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in medical or respiratory sales highly preferred
- Proven leadership or success in a performance-driven environment
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Self-motivated with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet research, and standard office equipment
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry lightweight office equipment as needed
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and engage in standard office activities
- Familiarity with home medical equipment and clinical terminology preferred
