Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform installations, maintenance, and support of high-end systems handling powders, solids, and particles.
- Commission new systems, support integration, train clients, and troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Install, align, and calibrate components including conveyors, mixers, feeders, valves, and dust abatement systems.
- Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics with precision.
- Rig and position equipment using forklifts and shop cranes.
- Document and maintain thorough records of operations and maintenance.
- Travel to customer sites across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for field service and technical support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supervising or installing industrial equipment and systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, PI&Ds, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with pneumatic conveying, PLC systems, and control panel wiring.
- Comfort working in industrial settings (heat, noise, dust) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver s license and ability to obtain a passport.
- Independent, self-starter mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift and rigging experience (training available if needed).
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
