Location: Valley View, OH (covering Cleveland Metro area)

We re looking for driven and compassionate Account Executives to join a dedicated healthcare sales team supporting a trusted leader in home medical equipment and respiratory care. You ll help grow a $600M business that empowers patients to live healthier, more independent lives.

In this role, you ll build long-lasting referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other key players in the medical community. If you thrive on making connections and being a resource for patients and providers alike, this is your chance to shine.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand referral networks within hospitals, physician offices, and post-acute care settings
• Educate healthcare professionals about innovative respiratory equipment, services, and therapies
• Conduct in-person sales calls to establish trust and drive business growth across your territory
• Collaborate with an expert local team to ensure seamless service and exceptional patient care
• Track your sales activity, pipeline, and results using modern CRM tools

• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience preferred recent college grads with the drive to learn are encouraged to apply!
• Four-year degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to drive covering territory (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel within your rural territory
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record; background check and drug screen required
• Familiarity with medical equipment or medical terminology is a plus
• Must live within 30 miles of location
