Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Facilitate the achievement of annual targets by providing analytical support and strategic insights on PPV, Supplier Rationalization, and Contract Coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and contract optimization.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, assess supplier performance, and recommend actionable strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP, including Purchase Info Records (PIRs) and other relevant procurement documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential alternate supplier streams, evaluate their viability, and present findings to management for decision-making.
