Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Salary: $85,000 and up Based on Experience

Position Overview:
Administers contracts in accordance with regulated policies and standards. Prepares, examines, revises, and negotiates contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the contract administration activities.
  • Reads and interprets contracts.
  • Ensures contracts are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepares, negotiates and administers subcontracts.
  • Assures that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract or modification.
  • Corresponds with contracting officer and ensures the contractual terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  • Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file.
  • Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in contract administration for a federal contractor
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
