Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related
• CPA Preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant accounting, finance, and / or financial audit experiences.
• Experience leading the closing process in a previous role
• Having a deep experience with Global Shop Solution ERP system is a big plus.
• Have a deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting including BOMs, outside processing, and parent / child routers.
• Must have experience configuring & overseeing an ERP system that can accurately value inventory and deliver job level profitability.
• Deep knowledge of internal controls and FP&A business processes.
• Successfully led the audit or third-party financial review process in a previous role.
• Proven analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and process improvement ability that drive business improvements in a metric-driven environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual that takes pride in their hands-on and analytical capabilities, that can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives
• Appreciates an environment where superior work is encouraged, noticed, and rewarded.

Duties:

• Hold end-to-end responsibility for Accounting & Finance as well as coordinating with HR and IT departments.
• You will be expected to challenge and be challenged, to create and to innovate (emphasis on innovate).
• You will need a genuine passion for accounting, finance, manufacturing, metrics / business analytics, continuous improvement, data-based decision making, operational system execution, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Additional duties as assigned.
