Salary: $46/hr.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (fully on site)

Qualifications:

• BS degree in business / finance or engineering field required
• 9+ years of experience
• Experience with project scheduling and or project cost management
• Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management
• Previous CAM Experience
• Proficient in Excel Pivot Tables
• Experience developing Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Compliant Proposals
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience HIGHLY DESIRED

• Participates in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and government cost control guidelines.
• Participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
• Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
• Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
• Provides budget development, EAC's and tracking support to team and program management.
• Helps develop proposals.
