Salary: $28-$32/hr DOE

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Finance or a related business discipline, with 2-6 years of cost control experience
• Experience working in a government contracting environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Cost Point, Cognos, OnBase, Deltek and WorkDay
• Must be capable of working independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with often changing deadlines, inquiries and related pressures and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must interact well with all levels of Project Management and colleagues in other functional areas/departments.
• Demonstrated strong work ethics, mathematical/analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Perm Resident

Responsibilities:

• Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization.
• Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
• Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
• Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
• Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
