Customer Service / Technical Support Agent
Location: Berlin, VT 05641
Pay: $18/hr
Industry: IT/Technology
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Type: Contract to Hire
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills are a must have!
- Experience with Outlook is beneficial
- Basic experience with Excel
- Cheerful and helpful attitude
- Dependable and punctual engagement
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple screens during a call
- Experience working with tablet software desired.
- Experience with printer hardware desired.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners
- Help users reset passwords and related application activity
- Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
- Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
