Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Orlando, FL
Industry: Specialty Pharmacy Care
Salary: $18/hr

Start Date: 12/11/23.
Employment Type: Contract with potential for permanent consideration after 2 months.

Shifts Available: M-F 8-5pm - M-F 9-6pm
Training Hours: Day 1 10am-4:30pm; Day 2 going forward during training 8am-5pm


Responsibilities:
Use of strong and accurate data entry skills.
Meet or exceed the customer s expectations by assessing our customer s needs, assigning priorities, and triaging the information to the appropriate resources.
Providing customer service help where needed from other teams.
Accuracy in creating accounts and cases.
Updating information in accounts from Medical Billers.
Use of proficient computer skills; including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications and key boarding skills.
Working with people in situations that are high-pressure and time-sensitive (either telephone or face-to-face), and that involve solving problems, making decisions, using excellent judgment and customer service skills. (This can be obtained through a combination of work experience and post high school education and need not be obtained in a traditional customer service setting.)
Multi-tasking and strong time management skills. Will be working on multiple screens and in multiple programs simultaneously.
Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching.

Working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system; Salesforce/CRM experience
Being understanding of challenges associated with patients medical condition

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED
Most important skill STRONG and accurate data entry skills.
Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment preferred.
Call center experience preferred.
Must have customer service experience
Need to have great phone and computer skills
Adaptable
Quick learning
Tech savvy
Dependable and strong work ethic
Empathetic
