Job Scope:
Exciting opportunity with 20 new openings!! The purpose of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to meet or exceed the customer s expectations by assessing our customer s needs, assigning priorities, and triaging the information to the appropriate resources. (Customers may include patients, medical professionals, and family members.) The CSR will be able to function in a multidisciplinary team to provide information about the services that are offered by Patient Service.

Pay: $17.50/hr. (pay increase at conversion)
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm, and 10:30am-7pm. (30-minute Paid break)
Training, 8:30-4:30 CT (1 hour paid lunch break - this is an 8-hour day, you won t clock out during meal break)
Type: Contract-to-hire. If attendance and performance are in line, you can work remote 90 days post launch date (11/6).
Bonus Incentive:
- Launch bonus: $500 after 90 days
- Success bonus: $500 after 180 days. Quality kicker: opportunity to double that bonus to $1k if your average quality score though the 180 days is at or above 90%.
- Contractors: 640 hours able to convert (~4mo). If we convert a temp to a direct employee, they will get the Launch bonus in their first check with the client. The Success bonus is earned 6months after they started as a temp.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact with patients by carefully evaluating the purpose of the call, carefully assessing their purpose, prioritizing their handling, and triaging the calls if indicated.
- Maintain information regarding Patient Services initiatives and explain them to our customers when appropriate.
- Enroll new customers to Patient Services.
- Record activities in the patient database and follow up to secure services (such as product training, mailing of promotional materials, etc.) for our customers by contacting physician s offices, pharmacies, and other external entities to ensure patient s needs are being met.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Data entry, good phone skills, computer skills overall customer service experience
- Need to be adaptable
- Quick learning
- Tech savvy
- Able to work on multiple screens & in multiple programs
- Great on the phone/empathetic
