Overview:
Join a healthcare team dedicated to improving lives through reliable home medical equipment. As a Customer Service Technician, you ll deliver, set up, and educate patients on respiratory and HME (Home Medical Equipment), ensuring safety and comfort in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and set up respiratory/HME equipment using a company vehicle
• Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance
• Complete patient visit reports and process paperwork accurately
• Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Provide on-call support outside business hours
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Report safety hazards and product incidents per company policy
• Stay current on product knowledge and reimbursement procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver s license and clean-shaven face for N95 mask compliance
• Must pass medical evaluation and respirator fit testing
• Strong communication (written/verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable with basic math, documentation, and using Microsoft Office
• Mechanically inclined and able to lift 25+ lbs

• Frequent driving, lifting, and interaction with patients
• Exposure to contagious environments and use of PPE required
