Document Control Specialist
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Shifts Available: Need candidates who can commit to at least 4 hours a day, ideally 5-6.
Salary: $20.00-22 hourly, paid weekly (Benefits Available)
Employment Type: Temporary assignment
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting CMMS Administration with handling of completed work order records.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve Work records from inbox and filing cabinets
- Stack and Sort Records by Work Order Number
- Relocate Sorted work orders to holding locations and hallway filed records
- Requires use of transfer cart and moving stacks of work order packets
- Use of hanging folders for grouping of work orders
- Create labels for folders using label maker
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to handle large volumes of paper records involving frequent task repetition
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge in database management preferred
