Electrical Test Engineer

Location: Kent, WA 98032

Salary: $60-66/hr.
Employment Type: Contract through December 2026; potential to convert or extend
Schedule: Day Shift; must have weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate performance testing, calibration, environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans
• Provide support to identify root causes for failures of hardware during development test cycles
• Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits
• Review and processing of large data sets to identify nonconformances
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
• 3+ years of hands on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment
• Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
• Flexibility to support weekend shifts or non-standard hours may be required based on business needs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production and attendance expectations
