Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

The Field Service Technician will oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities at various secondary packaging equipment in food and beverage manufacturing plants. The incumbent will possess excellent customer relations skills and must be qualified to do mechanical and electrical adjustments, trouble shoot and repair equipment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Participate in installation activities with packaging OEM companies.
Manage and monitor validation of machine settings according to machine setting guidelines and specifications.
Document customer activities and line performance of the installed customer production lines.
o Review customer activities
o Initiate follow up tasks
o Manage performance expectations of equipment
Comply with the requirements and other duties as assigned by management.
Comply with all company regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Engineering Associates degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial or related field required
- 5 years minimum of prior experience in the industry and/or 3 years in the same position.
- Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel Advanced.
- English; fluent in speaking and writing.
- Bi-Lingual preferred (Spanish, Italian, German).
