Responsibilities:

• Assemble copper and coax wire using hand tools to strip, crimp, solder, and terminate components.
• Read and interpret detailed diagrams, blueprints, and process instructions to ensure precision.
• Perform continuity checks, quality inspections, and touch-ups in accordance with IPC-620 and defense standards.
• Support both production and prototype builds, modifications, and testing under simulated field conditions.
• Contribute to projects across aeronautics, space, and defense systems that make a real impact.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience (mechanical/electrical).
• Expertise in cabling assembly, soldering, crimping, and touch-ups; BGA experience highly desired.
• Familiarity with IPC-620 standards and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read/write English, follow detailed instructions, and pass a pre-employment medical exam.
• Willingness to work 10 hours of weekly overtime.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
